Biography

Patricia J. Ryou is a founding partner of Pearlman & Miranda. Ms. Ryou has successfully counseled and guided clients through intricate commercial transactions involving issues of redevelopment, tax exemptions, real estate, commercial leasing, land use, public financing and private lending issues, government relations, public relations and general corporate formation and governance matters.

Ms. Ryou has successfully represented private developers in complicated negotiations with New Jersey state and local entities on redevelopment agreements and financial agreements, including procuring Redevelopment Area Bond financings and other incentives for multi-million dollar redevelopment projects in the state.

In representing public clients, Ms. Ryou has experience guiding, and advocating on behalf of, municipal governing bodies and redevelopment entities through the complicated processes under the Redevelopment Law surrounding redevelopment projects.
