Pearlman & Miranda’s Land Use Practice Group guides and counsels clients through the complexities of local zoning and land use laws to obtain the necessary approvals for successful development projects. We provide services to developers, landowners, individuals, and investors to navigate processes and issues related to the development and use of real property, including site plan and subdivision approvals, variances, and other regulatory matters. 

Our skilled attorneys handle applications to municipal zoning and planning boards and state, county, and regional authorities, and we work closely with clients to move through the necessary public hearing processes before boards throughout New Jersey. Our involvement in local planning processes allows us to provide cost-effective advice and to obtain the required approvals as quickly and efficiently as possible. 

The Land Use legal team stays up-to-date with the latest zoning and land use laws and strategizes with professional planners, architects, engineers, traffic engineers, environmental specialists, and other professionals to address any planning, zoning, and permit issues that arise. Our attorneys have appeared before local zoning and planning boards on a wide range of projects involving construction and/or expansion of industrial warehouses, mixed-use developments, shopping and commercial developments, and solar farms. We have successfully represented clients in litigation matters arising out of and use matters.
