Biography

Nicole E. Charpentier is an Associate attorney at Pearlman & Miranda and has been with the firm since 2014. Ms. Charpentier clerked for the firm attorneys Stephen B. Pearlman, Deborah S. Verderame, Patricia J. Ryou, and Adam L. Peterson in the areas of renewable energy, public finance, redevelopment, and project finance law and now specializes in these areas, in addition to assisting Michael Caccavelli in tax appeal matters and Grace Chun in civil litigation.

Ms. Charpentier earned her law degree from Rutgers School of Law in Newark, which she attended while working as a full time law clerk, graduating cum laude. Her background in finance and accounting, prior to her career change and pursuit of the law, provides an especially useful contribution for lawyers and clients alike, including financial modeling for our redevelopment clients.
