Biography

Mr. Wainger is a firm paralegal, in charge of all proposals and transaction closings, and post-closing organization and follow-up. He has worked with Mr. Pearlman, Ms. Verderame and Ms. Ryou since the beginning of their prior law firm.

With Pearlman & Miranda from its inception, Mr. Wainger assisted in all manner of vendor contracts that established the firm. He also manages the firm’s various vendor relationships, assists with business development, and using his background in the technology field before law, Mr. Wainger is also the firm’s liaison for IT matters.
